During each IABEP Conference, young researchers are encouraged to compete for awards recognizing the best oral presentation and the best short talk or poster presentation. Award recipients will be selected by the Scientific Award Committee and/or through audience voting during the conference.

Award winners will receive:

• Free registration for the next IABEP conference
• Complimentary IABEP membership

Eligibility: The competition is open to:

• Early career researchers (within 10 years of obtaining their PhD)
• Current PhD or MSc students

Required documentation:

• PhD/MSc students must provide proof of student status (e.g., a valid student ID and a transcript or certificate of enrollment from their institution).
• Early career researchers must submit a copy of their PhD diploma or official confirmation of the date of graduation.
