The third conference of the International Association for Biomonitoring of Environmental Pollution was organised by Institute of Physics Belgrade, with support from the Faculty of Biology
and the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade. The conference was organized around three sessions: “Lichen and Bryophyte Biomonitoring”, “Biomonitoring of Environmental Pollution”, and “Animals Reflecting Environmental Pollution”.

The conference was organized around four sessions: “Lichen and Bryophyte Biomonitoring”, “Plastics and Microplastics”, “Plant-based biomonitoring”, and “Community Science”.

The first conference of the International Association for Biomonitoring of Environmental Pollution was held in the Museum Revoltella, Trieste, Italy, with the support and contribution of the Municipality of Trieste, and the Department of Life Sciences, University of Trieste. The conference was organized around three main sessions: “New Research Frontiers in Environmental Bioindicators”, “New Research Frontiers in Environmental Bioaccumulators”, and “Standardization of Operational Protocols”.
